Referendum o plebiscito?
In these hours of Mirafiori workers are voting for the so-called referendum on the ratification of the "agreements" imposed by trade unions and Marchionne signed by them, or better still a part of them.
This referendum vote is called, but it is, looks much more like a plebiscite.
A referendum, or a democratic vote, however you call it, is an expression of free will. because there is a free-will require some preconditions, the first of which is that voters can truly express their will, or that this is not subject to conditions and coarctation.
This certainly can not be said of a vote in which voters are subjected to blackmail, violent or vote yes or risk losing their jobs.
This is how to vote with the gun pointed at her head, you can not just say that it is an expression of free will.
If you put a gun to his head and ask you any thing, it is almost certain to say yes, and it is certain that expresses your desire to "at the moment" given the present situation (ie the gun to his head) but most likely is not your free will, since, without gun, your answer would be different.
